Make sure you have granted audio permissions to Smart Interview in your system settings. On Mac, go to System Preferences > Privacy & Security > Microphone. On Windows, go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone.

Transcription accuracy can be affected by background noise, speaker accents, and audio quality. Try using headphones to improve audio clarity, and ensure you are in a quiet environment.

Smart Interview typically uses 200-400MB of RAM. If you notice higher usage, try restarting the app. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

Are clicks detectable in undetectable mode?

Click events, regardless of undetectable mode, will be detected by active browser checkers. Do not click into Smart Interview. Only use the undetectable key binds.

How to test undetectability

Testing Screen Share Visibility: If you need to test undetectability for your device, simply turn undetectability mode on and take a screenshot of your entire screen. If Smart Interview is visible in your screenshot, your system is not compatible (Windows 10, Macs from before 2022). If Smart Interview is invisible in your screenshot, it will be undetectable in ALL supported meeting softwares.

Zoom: Not undetectable by default

You'll need to either use Zoom version 6.16 or older, or turn on Advanced capture with window filtering in your Zoom settings. This is important to make sure everything works smoothly. We've thoroughly tested this and can confirm it works perfectly as long as you pass these basic checks first.

Paste a job-posting URL or the JD text on the Prepare page and we email you a tailored dossier that includes company intelligence — what the company does, recent news, the role breakdown, likely interview questions, and talking points.
