Our mission
Job interviews are high-pressure conversations where people are evaluated on how well they communicate under stress, not just on what they know. Smart Interview was built to change that — to let candidates focus on the conversation while AI handles the parts a second brain would naturally help with: remembering details, drafting clear answers, and recalling the right example at the right moment.
What we build
We ship a desktop application for macOS and Windows that captures interview audio, transcribes it in real time, and drafts answers using leading large language models (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and Groq). The window is designed to remain invisible on screen-share, so the candidate sees the assistance but the interviewer sees only the candidate.
How we work
We are a small team that ships fast and listens to users. Most of our roadmap comes directly from in-app feedback and email threads with active users. If you have an idea, a complaint, or a story to share — we read every one.
